Technical 3D Questions
Do you need special games to make the 3D work?
No, any PC game that runs under Windows (not DOS) will work in 3D.
Can I watch Movies in 3D using these glasses?
The 3D glasses package does not come bundled with 3D movie viewing software. There is movie viewing software available from several other vendors.
Will they work with my TV or LCD monitor?
No, the glasses are designed to be used with a PC monitor (CRT). There is no support included for using these glasses for your TV or LCD monitor.
Can I use these with my Playstation, Xbox, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Mac, Etc?
No, the glasses and supporting software and hardware are designed to be used with a PC.
Can I wear the 3D glasses over my prescription glasses?
Yes. The 3D glasses will fit over glasses and are adjustable in the following ways:
- each eyepiece slides in/out of the flexible headband to allow for smaller/larger head size
- each eyepiece is hinged on the side to allow it to flex into the proper viewing position
- no connector is in the front which allows the glasses to fit any size head, the glasses actually rest over the ears and not on the nose

When will my order arrive?
All orders ship within 24 hours via Airborne Express Ground from Chicago, IL. Shipping to states in the midwest is usually 1-2 days. Shipping to east coast and west coast is usually 3-4 days.

Paying by Credit Card
We accept PAYPAL, COD, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable not entering credit card information over the internet, please feel free to use our fax orderform or call us.
Paying by Check or Money Order
We glady accept personal checks, business checks, and money orders. We can also pay COD. Please note that we cannot ship orders until checks clear. If you wish to pay via check or money order, please call us. We will ship your order once payment is received and your check clears. Please be aware that we reserve the right to impose a $35 fee for checks that bounce.
Paying by Purchase Order
We also accept purchase orders! Purchase orders require an additional day for verification. You will be sent an invoice with net 15 terms once your order ships. Please note that XFORCE3D.COM reserves the right to require pre-payment on any purchase order at our discretion. Please call us to order.
Paying by Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments. You can place your order securely on our web site or call us to order. You credit card charge will appear as "XFORCE3D.COM" or "XFORCE3D.COM." Please note that we reserve the right to pass on a $30 fee for credit card disputes that are resolved in our favor by your bank.

Orders will only be billed after they have been shipped. This includes backordered items.

We can accept a Tax Exempt number that can be applied to an order being delivered to an address within Maryland.

You agree that any legal action brought against XFORCE3D.COM shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the XFORCE3D.COM website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Prince George's County Maryland.
